Log in to your account or access the 'Returns' section of our website to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kiton tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals are intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.
Courier Collection
Schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop off the package at an authorized service point to complete the return process.
